⚖️ Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to homeowners aged 18 years or older.
• Participant must own the property where the work will be performed.
• Service must be within Riznik Electric’s service area.

2. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be randomly drawn after the event.
• Winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 3 days after contest is completed.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, another winner may be selected.

3. Bonus Entry – Instagram Follow, Like & Tag

• Participants may receive one (1) additional entry by following the Riznik Electric Instagram page, liking the post and tag 3 or more friends.
• Follow must be submitted prior to the draw
• Limit of one (1) bonus entry per participant.
• Riznik Electric reserves the right to verify all bonus entries.

 

4. General Conditions (Applies to All Prizes)

• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Work must be scheduled within [90 days] of winner confirmation.
• All work is subject to site inspection and approval.
• Any permits, upgrades, or additional work required beyond the scope of the prize are the responsibility of the homeowner.
• Existing electrical systems must meet minimum safety and code requirements.
• Riznik Electric is not responsible for delays due to weather, permits, inspections, or unforeseen site conditions.
• All work will comply with applicable electrical codes and regulations.

🔌 Option 1: 30A GenerLink Installation

Includes:

• Supply and installation of one (1) 30-amp GenerLink non-surge protect (meter-mounted transfer switch).
• Amp upgrade available per clients request at the client’s cost.
• One (1) 20-foot generator cord.
• Standard installation at existing electrical meter.
• Basic testing to confirm proper operation.

Conditions:

• Installation is subject to approval by the local electrical authority and utility provider.
• Existing electrical service and meter base must be compatible with GenerLink installation.
• Property must have safe and accessible meter location.

Additional Clauses:

• All utility/provider-related fees, including but not limited to meter pulling, reconnect fees, inspections, or service coordination, are the sole responsibility of the client.
• Any required electrical upgrades (panel upgrades, grounding improvements, meter base replacement, etc.) are not included and will be quoted separately.
• Non-standard installations (e.g., difficult access, relocation of meter, structural modifications) will incur additional costs.
• Includes one (1) 20-foot cord; any additional cord length will be at the client’s expense.
• Does not include generator supply unless otherwise specified.
• Installation timeline is subject to utility scheduling and availability, which is outside the control of Riznik Electric.

💡 Option 2: 75ft Permanent Outdoor Lights (Installed)

Includes:

• Supply and installation of up to seventy-five (75) feet of permanent outdoor lighting.

Conditions:

• Installation applies to standard, accessible roofline or similar areas only.
• A suitable power source must be available within reasonable distance.

Additional Clauses:

• Any length exceeding 75 feet will be quoted and must be paid by the client prior to installation.
• Prize includes supply and installation of up to 75 feet of permanent outdoor lighting. If the winner requires less than 75 feet, no remaining materials, credits, substitutions, or cash value will be provided.
• Structural modifications, custom configurations, or specialty mounting requirements are not included.
• Any additional electrical work required to supply power to the system will be at the client’s expense.

⚡ Option 3: EV Charger Installation

Includes:

• Installation of one (1) EV charger (charger are to be supplied by client)
• Standard wiring and connection to electrical panel.
• Indoor receptacle included

Conditions:

• Electrical panel must have sufficient capacity to support EV charger installation.
• Installation subject to compatibility with the home’s electrical service.

Additional Clauses:

• Includes up to 25 feet of wiring from panel to charger location.
• Any additional distance will be charged to the client.
• Panel upgrades, load management systems, trenching, drywall repair, or specialty mounting are not included.
• Permits and inspections, if required, may be additional unless otherwise specified.
• Outdoor receptacle will have additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Riznik Electric shall not be held liable for delays or inability to complete work due to factors beyond its control, including utility scheduling, permitting, or site conditions.
• Supply can take up to 2 weeks before being delivered.

6. Marketing & Communications

• By entering, participants consent to being contacted for promotional and marketing purposes.
• The winner may be featured in promotional materials (with consent).
